Tehran International Export Center (T.I.E.C), with over thirty years of previous record, is active in export of Saffron, nuts, spices and other herbs.Now, expanding his activities on the above areas, in direction of development of the saffron trade, packaging and worldwide export of different kinds of saffron, according to the international standards and the needs of his customers, has established the Birjand International Saffron Export Company (B.I.S.E.).
Objectives
Design a Responsive website in a modern, user-friendly way that also stays true to the brand and attracts new customers to the products
Research
Competitive Analysis
I analyzed the UI and features of competitor websites in order to gain a better understanding of industry standards. I then compared these to the B.I.S.E Co. website.
Information Architecture
Sitemap
After analyzing the stakeholders needs, I prioritize, simplified the information to create a clean and easy to use sitemap for the new site.
Interaction Design
User Flow
Based on my user research and stakeholders needs, I decided to focus on the products order flows because they seemed to be the most marketable and desired aspects of the B.I.S.E Co. website.

To ensure the website was resilient across devices, I designed a Hi-Fi homepage in both desktop and mobile view.

Usability Testing
To evaluate the efficacy of the homepage and order process, I conducted usability tests on 3 participants.
Other than minor concerns about readability of buttons, the usability testing was successful.
